Whether you've just found your perfect puppy or have been breeding puppies for years, a professional puppy photoshoot is the perfect way to remember the early days as your puppy discovers the world around them.
It's not easy getting great photos of your wriggly puppy but believe me, as your puppy grows you'll love to look back on them as a youngster and remember the joy of working out the world together.
Nine years on I still have a photo of Mash and me when he was 6 months old on the wall above my mantelpiece and remember the joy (and the tears!) of our early months together (if you have a dachshund you'll completely understand what I mean about tears - oh my, those little sausages really are stubborn when it comes to toilet training!!)

I'm so glad I had a puppy photoshoot of Mash & me in the early days, he's changed my life for the better and I've learnt so much from him
Perhaps the biggest thing Mash has taught me is patience and that's such a fabulous skill to have when photographing puppies! He's also taught me how to communicate with dogs, how to notice when they're not 100% happy & how to read the signals they're giving out in response to our actions.
He's also taught me that there is literally nothing better in the world that belly rubs and walking through the door at the end of the day to a wagging tail!

Get in touch
It's never too early to get in touch about your puppy Photoshoot. I want to hear all about them and can share ideas of what works best depending on the age of your puppy
One thing is for sure, we always only use positive rewards when asking your puppy to do something and we only ever photograph one puppy photo session a day so you have plenty of time without being rushed.
Depending on the age of your puppy you can either come to the studio or I can visit your home
Once you've booked your puppy photography shoot, I send out our carefully crafted welcome pack which includes loads of information for a calm and relaxed photoshoot (& of course treatos for your new pup!)
Your puppy photoshoot experience
If you're coming to the studio as soon as you're through the gate the garden is totally enclosed so you're free to let your puppy off their lead to explore.
When they're ready we'll take the time to introduce them to the studio and props and get comfortable in the new surroundings.
It's only after this that I'll start to take photos, We take it slow and everything I do is based around positive reward based trining techniques so you know your pup is having the best time in their puppy photoshoot!
I love to include humans in some of the photos too so make sure you're on your best behaviour so you don't let your puppy down!
Heart melting moments
I remember early on when Mash was being a mini monster complaining to my friend who said "you'll miss these moments when he's older" and she was so right!
After your puppy photoshoot we'll bring you back to see all of your edited images and help you choose your favourites.
