What are we looking for?
The chances are you've either received one of our cards or have seen a promotion asking for dog models, so thank you for following the link!
I want to start off by making it clear, we are only ever looking for willing models who respond well to positive training techniques asking them to do something, we will never ever force a dog into a situation they are unhappy with and ask that if you're chosen, you do the same please.
Dogs of all breeds, colours, size and age are welcome (including cross breeds) but if I am looking for a particular breed type I'll post it in this page so do check back regularly!
To be a successful modogel your dog must have a strong sit / stay and be confident in public places (with people and potentially other dogs). Humans must be able to be flexible on location and times as often we don't get much notice with great weather and / or commercial projects. Humans must also be willing to sign a model release to grant Love Phodography and / or the client to use the photos for any marketing they wish as well as professional photo competitions and stock images.
Many of our model sessions are geared around getting one perfect shot
but we'll always work up to that shot giving your dog the chance to relax and enjoy the session!
What will you receive?

- A full pre shoot consultation letting you know what we're looking for and for us to find out all about your dog - their likes and dislikes, what motivates them, what they love to do, any allergies or fears, so you can enjoy your photoshoot with the confidence of knowing what to expect.
- A complimentary photo session either in the studio or on location depending on our requirements
- A 7″x5″ mounted print of your choice, ready for you to frame
- A watermarked digital copy of your favourite image
- A private viewing session to view your photos and choose your favourite

What we are currently looking for
- Dogs who are pawfectly inpawfect! When you're dog is missing a limb or an eye, has wheels to help them get around or a skin condition we want to show all dogs are pawfect even if they may not look it on the outside
- Afghan hounds
- Well groomed bearded collies
- Dachshunds of any shape / size / coat type
- Well bred / home bred Puppies of any breed (puppy farmers need not apply)
