I always recommend on the run up to your photo session you remind your dog about sit, stay and down but as we all know there can sometimes be some performance anxiety!! 

I only ever use positive rewards for asking a dog to do something and if your dog is anything like mine they'll be perfectly behaved for a stranger! Don't worry though if they really won't sit or stay we can pop them on their lead and I can do some photoshop jiggery pokery and remove you and the lead from the photos

If it's not obvious already, I absolutely love dogs and can think of nothing better than spending time getting to know your dog really slowly with lots of positive reinforcement until their anxiety is reduced. 

Having said that, due to the nature of the mini sessions and the time constraints we have it may be better of your dog can get realy anxious to book a full session rather than a mini shoot then we can take all the time in the world to get them happy

Do let me know when booking if your dog can be anxious and we'll pencil you in for a longer session to give your dog a chance to settle and be happy.

i love photographing the human / canine connection but please be aware, on our mini sessions it's impossible to photograph more than one human with the dog due to time constraints.

If you would like to bring the whole family with your dog please consider booking a full photo session to ensure we have plenty of time to settle dogs and little people!

DUe to the shorter times allocated to our mini sessions they are limited to no more than 2 dogs maximum and ideally are best for just one dog. If you'd like the same selection of images as everyone else consider booking back to back sessions so we can ensure all your dogs have their spot in the limelight

Oh yes you can! Please ensure for their own safety they have received all the necessary vaccinations as our Bluebell sessions do take place in wooded areas where other dogs and animals have access to

Absolutely yes! There's a gentle walk from where you can park your car to where we will be shooting so it's perfect for dogs of all ages, especially those that don't like to walk too far anymore.
